What Are Xtreme Lashes™?
Xtreme Lashes™ is a revolutionary new product that lengthens and thickens eyelashes. Xtreme Lashes™ are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. How long do Xtreme Lashes™ Last?
When applied properly, semi-permanent Xtreme Lashes™ can last up to 2 months, depending on the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. You will probably want touch-ups every two to four weeks. The Xtreme Lashes™ glue we use is specially formulated with a unique waterproof bonding agent to last. Imitation glues may not last as long because of an inferior bonding strength. You can also purchase specially formulated Protective Coating to prolong the life of the Xtreme Lashes™.
How do I take care of Xtreme Lashes™? Apply the Xtreme Lashes™ Protective Coating (available at Envy) once or twice per week to your new lashes to preserve the look and extend the life of your Xtreme Lashes™. This coating also gives the lashes a wonderful shine! Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing Xtreme Lashes™?
Your new Xtreme Lashes™ are long, thick and beautiful! Best of all, they are easy to maintain. You will be given a detailed easy care maintenance instruction manual following your application. To maintain this look and extend the life of your lashes, follow these easy care instructions:
Yes. The specially formulated bonding agent allows you to shower, swim, exercise, sleep and spa worry-free while wearing Xtreme Lashes™. You can enjoy these lashes with little need to adjust your lifestyle. Please do not swim or spa for 48 hours after the procedure to allow the bonding agent to fully cure.
How often should I get touch-ups?
We recommend getting a fill every two to four weeks. A natural eyelash falls off every 60 to 90 days on average due to the natural growth cycle and is naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. At any given moment, each of your natural eyelashes is at a different stage of its life cycle. A fill is needed to replenish the lashes that have completed their life cycle. Fills take up to 45 minutes and are $45.
Can I apply mascara to Xtreme Lashes™?
Indeed, one of the main advantages of Xtreme Lashes™ is never needing mascara again. However, if you feel the need to wear mascara, only water based mascara can be used. We do carry specially formulated Xtreme Lashes™ mascara for you to purchase. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER-PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara along with any type of oil based mascara will dissolve the bonding agent and cause the Xtreme Lashes™ to fall off. We carry Xtreme Lashes mascara for your convenience.
Can you describe the application process?
You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed while Xtreme Lashes™ are applied individually to your natural eyelashes. It generally takes between 60 to 90 minutes to apply one set of Xtreme Lashes™. The application is so relaxing and comfortable that many clients fall asleep. Fills can be done in in 45 minutes.
