I started doing airbrush tanning after researching it for myself because I was diagnosed with melanoma (the deadliest form of skin cancer) in 2005 and can't be in the sun - but I LOVE to be tan! That life changing event eventually led me to Envy... (I used to be a computer geek!)
I knew as soon as I heard about Eyelash Extensions that I wanted to do them - even though everybody around me thought I was crazy! But - now everyone realizes - they are so FABULOUS!!! I love bringing the latest trends to our area. It is a service with such dramatic results! I am ranked in the top 5% of the entire western US (& Canada) because I do so many lashes!

I have always been a hairdresser.......from my barbies, to my brothers, to my high school friends... In 1985 I graduated from "Earl's Academy of Beauty" (I know!!! That really was the name!) in Phoenix, AZ. Although my reputation is that of a color expert, I do enjoy all aspects of hairdressing. I have completed many hours of continuing education, some under the supervision of big-time movers and shakers in the hair world (Kris Sorbie, Beth Minardi, Belinda Gambuza). Even after many years behind the chair, I do still strive to be a well rounded stylist. I am currently enrolled in the "Redken Specialist" program and upon completion expect to become one of only 3 Redken educators in Oregon (if I can remember how to study!!! and pass the tests!!).
I am also trained as a Facial Tech and Nail Tech. Although I do not practice manicuring, I do love being a Facial Tech and am anxious to build my facial business.

I knew I wanted to become a hair stylist since I was 10 years old! (I used to stick foil into my sisters hair and give her "pretend highlights") and now I can give her "real highlights"! I think of my job as FUN, not work. It makes me feel great when I can improve somebody's life by making them feel good about their hair! My specialty is color and highlights! I also love styling and everything else involved with being a hair stylist. In the future I plan on taking my education further and learning how to do extentions! (FUN!) I'm currently available on Saturdays and Weekdays untill 7pm!
